3D Face Scan with Realsense
Intel recently added 3d scanning to their RealSense SDK. Pretty good results even with the included example code.

Hi Frog! is the first big game from Die Kapitäne Media GmbH. I joined the team when the game was being in development for roughly a year. As this was our first mobile game we had a lot of challenges to solve. First, we had to establish a good Team structure (code reviews, build server and so on).
Also, we didn’t know at that time what the terms “retention” and “cohort” meant. That is why we developed a few times in the “wrong” direction. Nevertheless, the game was well-received and downloaded over a million times.

Note: This only works with images of the official Google Camera Application in combination with the Lens Blur Feature
How To:
- open the Google Camera Application
- shoot an image with the Lens Blur image
- long press on a free spot in your home screen
- select Wallpaper
- select Lens Blur Live Wallpaper
- go to settings and choose the Lens Blur image

“Webchemy” - Serendipitous Sketching, Now on Android
Me and bitbof recently released his sketching application “Webchemy” to the Android Play Store.
Webchemy is a drawing app for creating idea sparking sketches. In a matter of minutes or sometimes seconds, you’ll have an interesting sketch that can serve as the starting point for more elaborate artworks. Or you can just play around indefinitely, for the fun of it, as there is a lot of that to go around!
